According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, two armed men opened fire on a citizen from the Shiite sect \u2014 a father of three children \u2014 in the Ghazlaniya subdistrict of Eastern Ghouta, resulting in his immediate death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Observatory pointed out that the crime comes as part of a series of incidents bearing a sectarian nature, amid the absence of accountability and the ongoing manifestations of security chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
