Two Internal Security Forces Members (Asaiysh) Wounded in Attack by Transitional Government Forces in Aleppo

Two members of the Internal Security Forces (Asaiysh) were seriously injured in an attack launched by groups affiliated with the Transitional Government Forces on a joint checkpoint in Al-Shihan roundabout in Aleppo city, according to local sources today, Thursday.

The sources explained that the attack targeted the checkpoint in the early morning hours, resulting in the injury of two members with serious wounds, who were transferred to a hospital in the city for treatment.

The reasons behind the attack and the identity of the attackers are still unknown, and no official statement has been issued by the security or transitional government authorities regarding the incident so far.
