Rising civilian toll to four martyrs in Aleppo due to shelling of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods

A child was martyred and dozens of civilians were injured as a result of intense artillery and tank shelling carried out by factions of the transitional government on the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods for approximately two hours.

Thus, the number of civilian martyrs since this morning has risen to four, amid a state of fear and chaos among residents of the two neighborhoods due to the continued shelling and the targeting of residential areas.

Information regarding the extent of the damage and property losses remains incomplete so far, while local emergency teams are working to evacuate the injured and secure civilians.
