The Israeli army radio reported that the detainees are foreign nationals and unarmed. Preliminary investigations suggest they are migrant workers.

Military Deployment and Security Measures:
Israeli forces from the Valleys Brigade rushed to the area, conducted a sweep, and arrested the suspects before they crossed the fence. Additionally, troops from the Gilad Division are deployed along the border fence.

Closure of Border Crossings:
Following a security incident that resulted in the killing of two Israeli soldiers by a driver transporting humanitarian aid from Jordan to Gaza, Israel closed the sole crossing between the West Bank and Jordan.
