Homs and Latakia Under Fire: Israel Airstrikes Target Military Sites

Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes early this morning on military positions in Syria. One of the strikes targeted an air force battalion base southeast of the city of Homs, where powerful explosions were heard in the area. Local sources reported material damage, with no confirmed information so far regarding human casualties.

At the same time, Israel fighter jets carried out two airstrikes on a military barracks in the Saqoubin area of Latakia, as the sound of ambulances rushing to the targeted site was heard. The number of casualties and the extent of the damage caused by the attack remains unknown.
