Explosion Shakes Al-Ashrafieh Neighborhood in Aleppo; Osman Hospital Damaged but No Injuries Reported

This morning, the Al-Ashrafieh neighborhood in Aleppo witnessed a powerful explosion caused by an improvised device or landmine, whose sound was heard throughout the area, causing panic among residents.
According to local sources, the explosion occurred in Tariq ibn Ziyad Park, near a joint checkpoint of the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and the General Security Forces, with no human casualties reported.
The explosion caused minor material damage to the Osman Hospital building opposite the park. Security and ambulance teams quickly rushed to the scene, cordoned off the area, and opened an investigation to determine the nature and causes of the explosion.
This incident comes amid intermittent security tensions in Aleppo over recent weeks, raising concerns among residents about the possible return of explosions in residential areas.
