Demonstration in Damascus Following Discovery of a Mass Grave and Calls for Accountability

Dozens of residents protested today in the Al-Qadam neighborhood of Damascus, following the discovery of a mass grave in the area. They demanded the identification of the victims and accountability for those responsible.

A few days ago, maintenance workers found the remains of five individuals, including children, during work on the sewage system. Searches are ongoing amid fears of discovering more bodies.
