Casualties in Israeli Airstrikes on Sanaa and Al-Jawf

The Israel military announced on Wednesday evening that it had launched new airstrikes targeting the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, and the northern province of Al-Jawf.
In a statement, the army said, “Air Force fighter jets carried out strikes on military targets linked to the Houthi group in the vicinity of Sanaa and Al-Jawf,” adding that the strikes came “in response to the attacks that carried out by the Houthis against Israel using drones and missiles.”
The statement noted that the operation is “a continuation of military efforts following the targeting of several Houthi leaders in recent days.”
According to local sources in Yemen, the airstrikes resulted in deaths and injuries, though no precise figures have yet been released regarding the human or material losses.
