Massacres Against Civilians in the Ashrafieh Neighborhood of Aleppo

The Ashrafieh neighborhood in the city of Aleppo witnessed bloody events following an attack carried out by mercenary groups affiliated with the transitional government, after they infiltrated the neighborhood, resulting in dozens of civilian casualties.

Local sources reported that these groups carried out direct targeting of the neighborhood’s residents, in scenes described as horrific, which affected unarmed civilians and sparked a state of fear and shock among the population.

Documented video footage shows the scale of the committed violations, including acts of mass killing, amid growing concerns over the escalation of crimes against civilians as security tensions continue in the area.
