An Israeli force penetrates into the Quneitra countryside and establishes a new military point

An Israeli army force infiltrated, on Tuesday, into areas in the northern countryside of Quneitra, using military vehicles and tanks, and established a new military point on the road linking the towns of Jaba and Eastern Samdaniyah, according to a local source.

The source told North Press that the Israeli force prevented residents from passing through the road leading to their workplaces, in a step that caused tension in the area. He added that the infiltration coincided with the flight of an Israeli reconnaissance aircraft over the area, which increased residents’ fears.

Residents of the Quneitra and Daraa countrysides suffer from ongoing instability, with repeated Israeli incursions for some time, which have come to occur almost daily, according to local sources.
