New Israeli Incursion in Quneitra Countryside Accompanied by Warning Shots Fired in the Air

The central countryside of Quneitra witnessed a new incursion by the Israeli army, accompanied by shots fired into the air as a military patrol advanced inside the area.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the patrol moved from the western Tal al-Ahmar area toward the eastern Tal al-Ahmar, as part of the increased Israeli activity in southern Syria in recent days.

This development comes after Israeli forces previously set up two temporary checkpoints in the area, one of them on the road connecting the village of Ruwayhina and the town of Beer Ajam in the central Quneitra countryside.
