Kidnapping of a Civil Judge in Homs Amid Rising Security Chaos

Local sources in the city of Homs reported that an armed group kidnapped the civil judge Ali Ezz Al-Din from inside a family-owned nursery in the Wadi Al-Dahab neighborhood, with no information available regarding the party behind the abduction or his whereabouts.

The sources said that the incident comes amid an increase in kidnapping, killing, and displacement cases in the city over recent weeks, alongside the absence of effective measures to curb this type of crime.
