On Sunday afternoon, the preparatory ministerial meeting for the Arab-Islamic emergency summit began in the Qatari capital, Doha, chaired by the Prime Minister and Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
