Proposed American Plan to Manage Gaza Strip Over 10 Years

The Washington Post revealed a proposed American plan to manage the Gaza Strip over a period of ten years, aiming to transform it into what is described as the “Riviera of the Middle East.”
According to the report, the plan includes imposing American trusteeship over the Gaza Strip, offering financial compensation to Palestinians who voluntarily choose to leave or relocate to areas deemed “safe.” The plan also envisions establishing smart cities and major investment projects that would generate substantial financial returns.
The newspaper noted that prominent Israeli figures support this plan, while Israel rejects any role for the Palestinian Authority in managing Gaza under this framework.
