A Large Fire in Al-Qardaha Countryside Affects Agricultural Lands Amid Urgent Calls for Intervention
A massive fire broke out in the village of Baqneh in Al-Qardaha countryside, in the Latakia Governorate. The fires spread to vast areas of agricultural lands. Residents reported attempts to control the flames using primitive means, amid fears that the fire might spread to homes and properties.
The locals issued urgent distress calls to civil defense teams to intervene quickly and extinguish the fire. Meanwhile, the causes of the fire remains unknown, with concerns that some fires may have been deliberately set by unknown hands.
