A Delegation from Saudi Arabia`s Ministry of Energy, Visits Oil Refineries in Syria

A delegation from the Saudi Ministry of Energy conducted a field visit to the Banias and Homs refineries, where they reviewed the current work conditions and the available technical and technological capabilities. This visit was part of efforts to enhance bilateral cooperation and exchange expertise.

The delegation also held a virtual meeting with the Syrian Oil Transport Company in Banias, during which they reviewed the operational status and development plans aimed at improving the efficiency of the transportation system and ensuring the continuity of the production process.

Both sides emphasized the importance of continued communication and technical cooperation to contribute to the development of the oil sector and open broader prospects for future partnership, according to the Syrian Ministry of Energy.
